Rick Martin (with the "Constitutional Law" Group) is NOT an attorney

He filed an Appearance to represent an innocent restaurant owner in court, claiming that he was a Michigan-licensed attorney. He had been giving her "legal" advice all along. I do NOT promote lying in court like Rick Martin did today. If you watch the court hearing, you'll also notice once he was facing contempt of court charges, he backpeddled as hard as he could, claiming he "didn't know" he was going to be there as her attorney today, but just planned to be there to help her because she struggles with the English language. This is the same man who has been giving business owners all across Michigan "legal" advice, claiming to be a "Constitutional Lawyer" representing many of these businesses in their situations.
