Tommy Brann Wants to Infringe on The People's Rights?

Why is Tommy Brann trying to put more regulations on The People?  HB 5705 is being reviewed by the Committee on Agriculture today (02/16/22). It will require a Third Party delivery driver (DoorDash, Uber, etc..) to obtain specific certification: “personnel certification program accredited by the American National Standards Institute, utilizing the Conference for Food Protection Standards.”

If you’re not in Michigan, look within your state’s legislation to see if a similar bill is being proposed.


They work for The People, but are they really representing The People?
