He filed an Appearance to represent an innocent restaurant owner in court, claiming that he was a Michigan-licensed attorney. He had been giving her "legal" advice all along. If you watch the court hearing, you'll also notice once he was facing contempt of court charges, he backpeddled as hard as he could, claiming he "didn't know" he was going to be there as her attorney today, but just planned to be there to help her because she struggles with the English language.
